Of course anyone would be when they are running a 101.8 fever. That is where I topped out late friday. Had been feeling generally blah about the middle of last week but thursday afternoon got worse; headache, lightheaded, etc. Fortunately D was doing the grocery shopping so all I had to do was get myself home. Started chilling so on an impulse took my temp; 100.1. Tylenol brought it down to manageable and I thought that was it, went to bed. Woke up about 3 am and it was down hill from there. Spent the next 36 or so hours in 4-hours cycles of chills and fever waiting for the tylenol to take effect and then as it wore off, waiting to be able to take some more. Friday pm checked in with my Doc's office and they thought it was a flu bug that was going around, usually ran 2-3 days. Great. Fever did finally break early saturday but absolutely no energy so I missed the Champs game we had planned with some old friends. The energy started coming back sunday and I puttered around, eventually managing to get done the more urgent items that had been on my weekend to-do list. Not how I had planned the weekend however!

Altho the snow sure was pretty :).
