Akkk, ticks!
Apr. 2nd, 2007 02:28 pmYes, ticks are out all ready. No other bugs that I can tell, and I am usually the first one bitten, but already found the first tick of the season. Sigh.
Probably got it at the first of two site-days out at the Lilies site on saturday. I went out mainly to FINALLY get solid measurements on the various merchant areas so we don't have to keep reinventing the wheel/layout every year. I'm going to get them laid out on graph paper and then one of my lovely co-conspirators, who also just happens to be an engineer :), will put them in a CAD program and it will all look pretty and professional. I am then going to make a gazillion copies and leave them with everyone I can think of. Like cockroaches, these plans may be the only thing to survive the apocolypse!!!!!!
Rest of the weekend was sorting out piles for more spring cleaning, showing up at JOB after the last show to collect costumes and help a bit with strike. This week will be checking over and cleaning said costumes and making a couple of costume pieces for LMC's new show.
Oh yeah, and we finally took the flannel sheets off the bed sunday, so naturally the temps will drop back to freezing this week. Oh well, it has to do it at least once after we do the changeout :).
