I saw a robin this morning, all puffed up in the cold but definitely a robin. I thought I had heard one yesterday morning but didn't see one, so it didn't count :).
To me this means the worst of winter is over, there will be a little more really cold weather, possibly one bad storm, but spring is definitely around the corner!
