louie_d was kind enough to post this link to a pic of galactusprime in The Saturday ensemble that he wore on the last day of KCRF this year. As a comparison, here is a pic of him in the same get-up (well, ok, different great coat), taken when they were doing promo shots the summer before the 2000 season:
Always one of my favorites, no matter what color the beard is :). And considering it was first made for the 1995 season, it has held up pretty well if I do say so. Himself does a good job of taking care of his costumes too.
And here are a couple of shots I took of the scenery when we visited the living history village at Plimoth in September:
this was a woman gathering walnuts. When I asked if she was going to do some dying with them she said "Oh no, we are going to *eat* them!" Shelling them is also a way to keep the kids busy and out of trouble :).
just a path on the side of one of the houses but I liked the colors.
that darker blue grey area between the trees and the lighter grey sky is the Atlantic ocean. That is how close the village is to the beach.
the geese were heading south while we were there. Caught this pic on the fly.
