This may be old news to some of you but saw this on another list today:

There is an easter egg on the 4th firefly dvd.

Jane sings the Hero of Canton wearing his cunning hat

. Insert Disc 4.
2. From the main menu, select Special Features.
3. Select More.
4. Highlight, but do not select, "Joss Sings the Firefly Theme".
5. Press Left-Arrow, highlighting the ornament above.
6. Press SELECT.

Thanks to gammera spinning, I will be able to check this out :).
