Weekend Update

grnvixenMaybe if I can get in the habit of posting on mondays and fridays I will finally get some more use out of this LJ 'thang' :).
Weather was great here in KC, didn't get out to enjoy it very much but we had the windows open and the cats loved it. Mobility keeps on improving, can get around most of the house without the cane. Steps still a problem. Tried the brace on the bum ankle sunday and it was a big help, now I just have to get the muscles stretched back out to where I can get it on by myself. Had a great time messing with beads with some friends on saturday night, and since all the stock was pulled out anyway, did some more on sunday night. Great warmup for the Gem & Mineral show this coming saturday :)!. Went to the Y again on sunday, actually managed to loose a couple of pounds last week but I can only chalk it up to the increased level of activity as attempts at dieting were very hit & miss.
Goals for this week; yogurt for lunch! clean and/or sort 2 rooms.
