Last Night's beggers

We actually had a few! Living as we do on a fairly busy street, without a whole lot of kids in close proximity, Halloween trick or treaters have been a little sparse over the years. This is a shame as I like to decorate the porch (altho D got it done this year) and Himself likes to dress up to greet the little beggers. Last year we had a sum total of 4. This year we had a whopping 11! Unfortunately, Himself only got to greet one of them in his new mask as he than had to head out to entertain at the Legion. That first one was our 4-year-old neighbor dressed as Superman, with Mom and dog Annie in tow, so that was nice. I fielded the rest in between forays in cleanning. Last batch was 5 mid-teenagers in, mostly, a variety of fairy wings and clothing odds and ends. I think they were looking to score some serious candy last night as most of them had pillowcases :).

Well Drat! We gave the original tapes to Sir William at faire this year. I do have another copy, all on one DVD,that you guys are welcome to borrow. email is grnvixen at yahoo.
